 Rates
Room rates vary depending upon room type,
midweek/weekends, and special events. Rates are based on double
occupancy and include a full breakfast served each morning in the "Great
Room".

would like to stay with us.
Deposits*
We require a two night deposit or 50% if you are staying longer than 5 days at our Lake George Boathouse Bed & Breakfast. During "Selective Special Events" a non-refundable deposit may be required (this will be discussed at time of reservation).
Due to the small size of our B&B, cancellations affect us greatly. A last minute cancellation provides us little time to rent the room. For this reason, we uphold a strict cancellation policy. Once you have secured your reservation at our B&B, you are fully obligated for the entire stay. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to your arrival, no refund will be allowed for any reason. If you cancel your reservation with at least 30-days notice, we will gladly refund your deposit less a $100 fee.
Payments
Payment in full is required at check in. Payment may be made by
Cash, Visa or MasterCard.

Policies
• Pets are not allowed.
• Children over the age of 15 are welcome.
• Check in time is after 2:30 pm ~ Check out time is 11am. We
would greatly appreciate a phone call 2 days prior with your estimated
time of arrival.
• *Smoking is not allowed on porches or patio/dock areas, as required by New York State Law. If you choose to smoke in the room your credit card that is on file will be charged a $300 cleaning fee. We are sorry for any inconvenience
this may cause. Check with Innkeeper for designated smoking area.
• Only registered guest of the B&B may be on the property or in the house. We only have accommodations for our guests-Sorry no visitors. |

Certificates Available
The perfect gift all year. Add flowers, beverages, cheese platters
or your own special request add-on and make your gift extra
special. Please provide a three day notice to accommodate special requests.

From south:
New York State Thruway (I-87).
Take I-87 North to Albany Exit 24. Immediately after the toll
booth, take Exit 1N (I-87 North to Montreal).
Continue
North on I-87 for 55 miles to Lake George/Bolton Landing Exit
22. Stay to the left on the exit ramp and follow signs for
Bolton Landing. At the end of the ramp, at the traffic light,
turn left onto Route 9N (Lake Shore Drive). Follow road for
9 miles to Bolton Landing, turn right at the second traffic
light onto Sagamore Road. The Boathouse B&B is on the
right, just past Smith's Marina.
From north:
Take the Northway
(I-87) south to Exit 24. You are now on County Route 11.
Follow County Route 11 to 9N intersection. Take right and
follow 9N to the first light in the town of Bolton Landing.
Take left at light. The Boathouse Bed & Breakfast is
on the right side ¼ mile from the light, just past Smith's Marina.
Look for the Boathouse parking sign. |
